Sanded Horizontal Stabilizer and Left Elevator

I sanded the filler on the horizontal stabilizer…

…as well as the filler on the left elevator.  I still have a bunch more filler to apply and sand down, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for the empennage fairings.
